About a year ago, I started focusing on my baking, and it was really interesting to see how much of a difference I was able to make. Within a few weeks, I could tell that my skills were improving, and it was an awesome feeling. I felt like my breads were better, I was able to bake without as many problems, and that more people commented on the quality of my baked goods.
